A lot of information usually focuses on mum’s staying in shape, but what about dad’s. As dad’s we tend to work long hours, look after the family and lots of other family stuff. This usually takes preference over our health.
Nutrition and fitness is actually quite simple but we normally overlook the basics and overcomplicate things. We normally look for the next diet trend or miracle supplement to help us reach our goals in the shortest time possible. These solutions may work short term but are very hard to sustain.

So who am I?
I live in manchester in the UK and I am a new dad. The baby has only just arrived and life is hectic. I’m sure you feel this way too.
You may have become frustrated in not having time to exercise and live a healthy lifestyle. I’m here to show you that it can be done, and it’s not as complicated as you may think.
I first got involved in fitness when i was 16 and seems like a lifetime ago – now I’m 30!
I have made many mistakes over the years and read a lot of the wrong information. I made a massive mistake of not prioritising my nutrition. I thought I could just exercise more instead of eating the right foods – this just doesn’t work.
I’l admit, even my nutrition still isn’t perfect. However I do have a number of daily habits that I perform consistently that set me up to win.
Nutrition can be a minefield of information and you will probably find hundreds of different answers to a problem you may have.
You will see quick fix solutions and promises of miracle supplements that will help you get the body of your dream in just 6 weeks. You must of seen offers like these before?
My advice would be – SAVE YOUR MONEY!
These solutions may work short term, but after a couple of weeks the results become very hard to maintain.
Habits are crucial
If you stick around (which i hope you do) you will notice I mention habits a lot on this site. The reason is because in my opinion habits are crucial to developing a lean, healthy body.
